The Bethany Project Children’s
Home and School
Furthermore,
our
future
hopes
is
to
establish
a
clinic
at
Bethany
to
provide
accessible
healthcare
for
the
children
and,
in
time,
the
surrounding
community.
We
are
especially
encouraged
that
two
of
our
Bethany
girls,
Sarah
Ezekiel,
who
is
studying
medicine,
and
Esther
Cosmas
,
who
is
training
as
a
nurse,
may
one
day return to Bethany and play an important role in running the clinic.
We
also
have
a
vision
for
a
Vocational
Training
College,
where
young
people
could
learn
practical
skills
such
as
sewing,
cookery,
carpentry
and
joinery,
plumbing
and
electrical
work.
Our
hope
is
to
equip
young
people
not
only
with
an
education,
but
with
practical
skills
that
can
help
them
become
self-reliant
and
contribute to their communities.
These
are
very
ambitious
plans,
but
we
believe
that
with
GOD’S
guidance,
hard
work
and
the
continued
support
of
our
UK
supporters,
we
can
gradually turn this vision into reality.
OUR VISION
As
Bethany
continues
to
grow,
we
have
a
vision
to
build
a
larger
girls’
dormitory
that
will
enable
us
to
welcome
and
care
for
more
girls
who
need
a
safe and supportive home.
The
new
dormitory
would
also
provide
an
important
space
for
our
older
girls
who
progress
to
secondary
school
during
their
examination
years.
We
hope
to
accommodate
them
at
Bethany
so
that
they
can
prepare
for
their
examinations
in
a
safe,
peaceful
environment,
without
the
challenges
and
disruption of travelling long distances each day.
Our
vision
is
not
simply
to
provide
the
girls
with
a
place
to
sleep,
but
to
create
an
environment
where
they
can
study,
grow
in
confidence
and
reach
their
full
potential.
We
believe
that
giving
our
girls
the
right
environment
and
support
during
these
important
years
can
make
a
lasting
difference
to
their
education
and their future.
